FOREST THERAPY

What is Forest Therapy?
Forest therapy, also known as “Shinrin Yoku,” is a practice of immersing oneself in nature to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It involves mindful walks in the forest, where participants engage their senses and connect with the natural environment to reduce stress, enhance mood, and improve overall health.
Individual or Group Sessions Available
I guide clients through outdoor walks to reconnect with themselves and nature. Through reflection and presence, they gain a sense of calm, feeling more grounded and aware of their experiences. No special tools required—just a willingness to be present.
Please feel free to inquire about individual or group sessions.
